Goma Recovery Update

Today, I got to stay all day at home with Goma thanks to very understanding people at my work! Goma is doing much much better today. He is still going to bathroom frequently but each time urine is coming out so that's a good sign. He has been active too, sometimes he wants me to play with him with his favorite toy Cat Quest. He is eating and drinking just fine.

Goma will be changing his diet to: Hill's Prescription Diet S/D for at least 6 months. Right now he is on Meloxicam for pain, Amoxicillin for antibiotic and Phenoxy for anti-spasm. He will be on those for few more days. I just want to also thank Goma's regular vet "Cat's Vermont" for taking Goma in even though I did not have an appointment and it was Saturday! Dr. Moore was very helpful and insightful, she even make sure they will do most of the treatment there so at the emergency Vet they have little to do. That way I will save a lot of money. You guys are wonderful!!! Thank you!!

Are we gonna see a photo of your shaved bits, Goma? It gets really itchy when the furs start growing back!

So glad you're feeling better, and it was so nice of Sachie's work to let her stay home to be your nursemaid.

We're very happy that Goma is getting better and that Sachie was able to stay home with him to cuddle him!

Isn't it wonderful when the office understands the need for us to stay at home with our fur children. My boss was the same way (even though I had some colleagues that didn't understand)!

I hope Goma continues to improve!

Goma, I had to eat special 'scription foods, too, after I had bladder stones removed. It was a little bit delicious. I hope you like it!
