なめ猫—"Namennayo cats" in Japan

I must admit I have been a big fan of なめ猫(Name-Neko), "Namennayo Cats" in Japan!! Namennayo means "Don't mess with me" in English....I know is it wild?? Name-neko has been popular since 1980s and they were definitely very memorable characters in my childhood. I had everything stuff toys, note books, binders, pencils, eraser...go on and on....What I liked about Namennayo cats was their cool and bad attitude! They often dressed as street gangs and speed racer etc...sometimes very scary!! Namennayo cats was famous only brief periods in Japan but I heard that it came back!! They have music CDs, manga comics, books, DVD, calendar anything you can think of!!! I am sooooo excited about their new product so I am going to share couple of picture with you today!!It is over the top fun!!! I wish Goma can be one of them!!
